Match Tickets

The London Whites organise the purchase of tickets for its members for away matches and selected cup games.

Any matches that are currently available to order will be shown on this page. Please select the match and place your order using the form.

Match TRAVEL

We often arrange to meet and travel together to matches. Since there is little opportunity to get group discounts on travel, members travelling by train usually buy their own tickets and arrange to travel on the same trains.

Some members travel by car and can have spare seats to take others with them. If you are travelling to any game by car and have spare seats, please let us know. There are sometimes people who would like to go and share travelling expenses.

Ticket terms

Closing dates

The closing date for ticket applications is usually midnight on a Friday, 3 weeks before the day of the match.

Note that we may need to bring forward ordering deadlines depending on the match and the BWFC ticket office. Changes to deadlines will be advertised on this site and also sent by email.

Payments

All tickets ordered must be paid for in advance.

You should transfer the money to Michael Gething, the match ticket contact. Details and prices will be provided in an email sent prior to the game.

Collecting tickets

A meeting point and time for ticket collection on match day will be circulated by email.

Conditions of ticket ordering

  • Strictly one ticket per member

  • If you order through our order form, chances are you will get the ticket you requested (but this is not guaranteed)

  • Anyone in arrears with membership fees or previous match tickets will not get tickets

Final Note

Membership of the club does not provide automatic entitlement to match tickets. Our ticket arrangements depend on the goodwill of BWFC and the relationship we have built up over the years.

Do not contact the BWFC ticket office unless you are asked to do so. We enjoy an excellent relationship with the club, please do not put this relationship in jeopardy.
